[1] High-Frequency and Broadband Circuit and System Design for 6G ISCAP Implementation

  • Research on high-frequency and broadband circuits and systems required for the implementation of 6G Integrated Sensing, Communication, and Power (ISCAP) technologies
  • Design and development of core ISCAP system circuits, including bidirectional LNA/PA for SWIPT (Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer) and high-efficiency rectifiers


[2] Deep Reinforcement Learning-Based Automated Circuit Design

  • Development of an intelligent design environment that automates the repetitive design process of analog and RF circuits, reducing design time while optimizing performance
  • Development of an automated framework that applies various reinforcement learning algorithms to simultaneously optimize conflicting performance metrics such as gain, noise figure (NF), P1dB, and IP3


[3] Performance Degradation Modeling of Circuits Under RF Stress

  • Analysis of the impact of RF stress on long-term circuit performance and lifetime, with a focus on reliability prediction
  • Research on advanced device modeling techniques that accurately predict performance degradation by analyzing physical degradation mechanisms such as hot-carrier effects and incorporating degradation networks that model leakage current paths
