[News] TU/e Electrical Engineering Students Visit Beyond-G Global Innovation Center

On July 22, 2025, a group of 30 students from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e), Netherlands, visited the Beyond-G Global Innovation Center at Hanyang University. The visit was part of TU/e’s Student Excursions program, organized by the WATTS Study Tour Committee, designed to give students the opportunity to explore leading international research laboratories and enhance their academic motivation. At Hanyang University, the tour included the Beyond-G Global Innovation Center, HY-ISS Fab, and the Semiconductor Research Lab. During the visit, Professor Sun-Woo Kim, Director of the Beyond-G Center, along with Group Leader Song-Nam Hong, Group Leader Ik-Hyun Song, and Professor Yun-Seon Oh, introduced the students to ongoing research in ISAC, AI-RAN, artificial intelligence, and robotics. The TU/e students actively engaged with the presentations and showed keen interest in the center’s next-generation communication research and development activities.

[센터소식] 네덜란드 Technische Universiteit Eindhoven 전자공학과 학생단, Beyond-G 글로벌 혁신센터 견학

네덜란드 Technische Universiteit Eindhoven(TU/e) 전자공학과 학생단 30명이 2025년 7월 22일 한양대학교 Beyond-G 글로벌 혁신센터를 방문하였다. 이번 방문은 TU/e 학생들의 해외 연수 프로그램 일환으로, 현지 대학의 우수 연구 성과를 보유한 연구소를 견학하며 학업 동기를 고취시키기 위해 Student Excursions of the WATTS Study Tour Committee에서 특별히 기획한 프로그램이다. 한양대학교에서는 Beyond-G 글로벌 혁신센터와 HY-ISS Fab 및 반도체 연구실이 견학 대상으로 선정되었다. 이날 방문에서는 김선우 센터장, 홍송남 1그룹장, 송익현 3그룹장, 오윤선 교수가 참석하여, ISAC, AI-RAN, 인공지능 및 로봇 등 차세대 통신 분야 연구개발 진행 상황을 소개하였다. TU/e 학생들은 깊은 관심을 보이며 진지하게 견학에 참여하였다.
